At the event our state licensed veterinarians and staff can answer specific questions about your pet health needs. Our online staff can provide general information about packages via online chat 7 days a week.
For FastPaws service you  must pay for a package online with a credit card prior to the event. If you purchase a fastpaws package but do not need one of the items included in the fastpaws package, you may  always decline one or more vaccines at the event but the discounted price of the bundled package will remain the same.
Your may purchase individual (al la carte) vaccines at the event by saving a spot and than waiting in the stand by line. Faspaws (pre-pay) customers have a priority line. If you pay online for a package but are unable to make it to an event you will be offered a chance to reschedule or full refund (your choice). We do not charge exam fees or missed appointment fees.

If you have not done so already please save a spot, this is like filling out the paperwork before a visit to the doctors office and helps us keep track of your needs.
